List/Sotheby’s Musashikosugi 2
本プロジェクトは、List Sotheby’s International Realty 武蔵小杉支店の新設に伴うインテリアデザインである。
ブランドが持つ洗練されたラグジュアリー感と穏やかなエレガンスを基調としつつ、来訪者をやさしく迎え入れる明るく開放的なレセプション空間を目指した。
素材の選定やディテールの表現に細やかな配慮を施すことで、Sotheby’sブランドのタイムレスなアイデンティティを感じさせる、静かで上質な空間を構成している。
主な仕上げには、明るい色調のオーク材とアイボリーカラーの壁材を採用。
オープンなレセプションエリアには、List Sotheby’sのシグネチャーカラーを用いた天井グリッドを設け、動線上の廊下と緩やかにゾーニングしながらも、視覚的な開放感を保っている。
4室のミーティングルームは、それぞれ落ち着きと親密さを感じられる空間として計画し、ゆったりとした対話が可能な環境を整えた。
特にコーナー部の壁には半透明のガラスブロックを採用し、室内外のプライバシーと開放性のバランスを両立させている。
エントランスから家具に至るまで多様な素材を用いながら、壁・棚・照明に緩やかな曲線を取り入れることで、全体に温かみのある、やさしい雰囲気を創出した。
また、ラウンジソファ前に設置したサイドテーブルも本計画の特徴の一つである。
韓国のアルミニウム家具ブランド RKRN との協働により本プロジェクトのために特注制作し、ソファに座ったままの簡単な筆記やモバイルワークにも対応するコンパクトなサイズとした。

This project is the interior design for the new List Sotheby’s International Realty branch in Musashikosugi.
The design seeks to embody the brand’s refined sense of luxury and gentle elegance, while introducing a brighter and more inviting tone to the reception area.
Through carefully selected materials and subtle detailing, the space conveys a quiet sophistication that reflects the timeless identity of the Sotheby’s brand.
The primary finishes include light-toned oak wood and ivory-colored wall coverings.
In the open reception area, a ceiling grid in the signature List Sotheby’s color was installed to create a functional separation from the corridor, while maintaining visual openness.
The four meeting rooms were designed to offer a sense of calm and intimacy, allowing each to serve as a comfortable space for conversation.
In particular, the corner walls of the meeting rooms are composed of translucent glass blocks, providing a balance between privacy and openness both inside and outside the rooms.
From the entrance to the interior furnishings, a variety of materials were used, while incorporating gentle curves into the walls, shelves, and lighting elements to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Another notable feature is the side table placed in front of the lounge sofa.
Designed in collaboration with RKRN, a Korean aluminum furniture brand, the table was custom-made for this project.
Its compact form allows for light tasks such as note-taking or mobile work while seated on the sofa.
